Custom Wine Concierge's General Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Payment:
The tour packages include only items listed in tour description. In order to confirm your reservation, 40 percent of the tour cost is required per person. The remaining balance must be received at least 45 days before tour departure. A reservation of your trip will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and itineraries will be provided within 24-48 hours.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, as well as bank transfers and PayPal.
Cancellation & Refunds:
We understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances occur, and we have developed our cancellation policy with this in mind. If you must cancel for any reason, and it is more than 60 days prior to the tour date, Custom Wine Concierge will refund your deposit less a $250.00 administrative fee per person. Cancellations made between 31–60 days prior to the tour date will result in a refund of the total payment, less a $500.00 administrative fee per person. If cancellations occur 30 days or less before the date of the tour, the full deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to cancel your tour, you must do so in writing. The cancellation will be effective when we receive written notification. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage.

There will be no refunds in the event that you arrive for the program late or leave early. Custom Wine Concierge reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure for any reason; should this occur, you’ll be offered a full refund. Refunds are for package price only and do not include any other expenses incurred on the part of tour participants.
Health Issues:
The activities arranged in the tours can be physically challenging for some tour guests. Some of the places we visit may be strenuous or may not be easily accessible to people with disabilities. Please let us know if you have any concerns at the time of booking, and we’ll work with you to ensure your enjoyment of the offering.
Food is an important part of every tour experience; you are responsible for taking into consideration any food allergies you may have. If you notify us of your allergies, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
If you have any physical, mental, or emotional conditions that might require professional attention during the trip you must advise us in writing, upon the booking of your tour. You’ll be responsible for bringing any necessary medications. If you fail to inform us of any substantive conditions, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your reservation at your expense.
Responsibility:
Custom Wine Concierge organizes, promotes, and sells tours, which include hotel accommodations, transportation, and specialized services. Custom Wine Concierge must reserve or purchase from independent suppliers, and shall not be held responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act by any supplier or third party. Without limitation, Custom Wine Concierge is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from (but not limited to) acts of nature, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind or force majeure.
We shall not be held responsible for overbooking of accommodations by hotel/resort, mechanical or other failure of transportation, or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Custom Wine Concierge.
Please note:
Custom Wine Concierge reserves the right to change the stated itinerary in the event of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances. Every effort will be made to follow stated itineraries, but when impossible to do so, products and services of similar quality will be substituted. In these exceptional cases, we will strive to minimally impact the overall tour.
